Current processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. This is the time that it takes before it is shipped. Please take this processing time into account when selecting your preferred shipping method during checkout. 

Suspected Lost or Stolen Parcels

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. However, we will do everything we can to aid in the process of locating your package. Customer service is very important to us. Additional Duties, Fees, and/or Taxes

The customer is responsible for all extra fees, duties and/or taxes for international purchases.
