Order Issues

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please inspect your order upon receipt. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately at hello@maddygirldesigns.com with your order details. We may ask you to provide a photo of the issue, if applicable.

If your item is found to be defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right. Any concerns with your order should be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Once issued, Maddy Girl Designs is not responsible for your bank's processing time or any delay with your refund posting to your account.
